By using the dada9.world website and its applications, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Please read the full document carefully before you start using the platform.

To open an account at dada9, you must provide your real name, mobile number, date of birth, and email address. Accounts created with false or fabricated information may be closed at any time, and the account balance may be forfeited.

• Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential.
• Operating an account on behalf of, or in the name of, another person is not permitted.
• Any payment method saved to your account must belong to the account holder themselves.

Dada9 may request identity verification (KYC) when you submit a withdrawal request or when transactions exceed a certain threshold. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

Dada9 supports deposits and withdrawals via popular Bangladeshi mobile banking services such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as Visa and Mastercard.

Dada9 generally does not charge any processing fees on withdrawals. However, your mobile banking operator's own transfer charges may apply. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method — for example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also be made through bKash.

Dada9's bonus programme includes a welcome bonus, daily cashback, accumulator boost, and referral bonus. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.

• The welcome bonus applies only to new members on their first deposit.
• To have bonus credit released, you must meet a specified turnover requirement (wagering requirement) — typically 5 to 15 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — if the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If bonuses are claimed on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device, all bonuses will be voided.
• Dada9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

For any bonus-related disputes, the decision of the dada9 support team will be considered final.

All bets placed on dada9 are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify your odds and stake amount before placing a bet.

• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, stakes placed on that match are generally refunded.
• Technical delays during live in-play betting may cause odds to change. In such cases, dada9 reserves the right to accept bets at the odds in effect at the time the bet is placed.
• Dada9 may void any bet associated with suspicious betting patterns or match fixing.
• If a leg in an accumulator bet is voided, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.00.
• The maximum stake amount may vary depending on the event and market.

Dada9 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage every user to play within their means.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dada9. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Placing bets involving match-fixing or the use of insider information.

Dada9 reserves the right to close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• If there has been no activity on the account for an extended period (generally 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• For legal or regulatory purposes.
