Yes, and the process is straightforward. On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter the mobile number you used when registering — a 6-digit OTP will be sent to that number, usually within 1 minute. Once you verify your identity with the OTP, you'll be able to set a new password. Your new password should be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, and numbers. Alternatively, you can log in directly with an OTP — select the "OTP" tab on the login page, enter your mobile number, and use the code when it arrives. If the mobile number you registered with is no longer active, contact us via live chat or at support@dada9.world — your account can be recovered through a compliance verification process.
Once you're logged in, you can find all active offers together under the "Promotions" or "Offers" section of your dashboard. Current offers are also displayed as banners on the site's homepage. dada9 runs three types of update cycles: daily offers refresh every morning at 10 AM, weekly promotions update every Monday, and special monthly or tournament-based offers are announced separately when the event comes around. Keep notifications turned on and you'll get a mobile alert whenever a new offer drops. If you've registered your email, offers will also be sent to you via newsletter. Keep in mind that most offers have a limited validity period — read the terms as soon as you see one and make sure to use it in time.
The minimum bet for Sports Betting at dada9 is just ৳50 (fifty BDT). That's on the lower end for Bangladesh's betting market, making it easy for newcomers to get started without taking on much risk. For Live Casino games, the minimum table bet generally starts from ৳10, though it varies by game type and table — check the minimum bet label on the table before you join. Some slot games let you spin for as little as ৳1. The maximum stake per bet depends on the event and bet type — high-profile matches tend to have higher limits. To check the maximum limit for a specific match, look at the bet slip for that event, where the limit is clearly shown.
dada9 offers multiple support channels, all available in Bengali. For the fastest help, use live chat — find the chat button at the bottom-right corner of any page on the site. Response times on live chat are typically under 2 minutes. To reach support by email, write to support@dada9.world — you can usually expect a reply within 1–4 hours. For urgent matters, direct phone and WhatsApp support are also available — you'll find the number on the site's "About Us" or Support page. The support team is active 24/7, every day of the week — there's always someone on live chat even at 3 in the morning. If you run into any payment or account issues, make a note of your ticket number so you can follow up easily later.
No — dada9 strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from creating or using an account in any capacity. This is a firm rule and a core part of our responsible gaming policy. Date of birth is mandatory at registration, and the system automatically calculates age — registration simply cannot be completed if you are under 18. For large withdrawals or flagged cases, KYC verification via national ID or passport is required, which confirms age once again. If you know that a minor in your household is using dada9, contact support@dada9.world and that account will be closed immediately. Responsible gaming tools are also available free of charge for adult users — visit our Responsible Gaming page for details.
dada9 operates under a license from an international gaming regulatory authority — license details can be found in the site footer and on the legal page. This means strict compliance with specific regulations is mandatory, or the license is at risk of being revoked. It ensures that your deposited funds are held in a separate trust account, completely separate from the company's operating expenses. Third-party auditors regularly verify game outcomes to confirm that the RNG (Random Number Generator) is functioning correctly and that games are fair. Thousands of Bangladeshi users have successfully withdrawn from dada9 over the years — and that track record speaks for itself. For any issues, contact support directly; if the matter is unresolved, you also have the option to file a complaint with the licensing authority.
dada9 offers a solid variety of slot games across several distinct types. Classic Slots: Simple 3-reel games in the tradition of the old one-armed bandit — fruit, number, and bar symbols. Perfect for beginners. Video Slots: 5 or more reels with multiple paylines (from 20 up to 243), bonus rounds, free spins, and animations — the most popular category. Megaways Slots: The number of paylines changes with every spin, offering over 100,000 ways to win. Progressive Jackpot Slots: A small portion of every bet builds the jackpot pool — one lucky player wins it all, sometimes worth crores of BDT. Crash Games: Outside the slot category but equally popular — a multiplier climbs and you cash out whenever you choose. Pragmatic Play, Habanero, and PG Soft titles are the most played on dada9.
